Sales Associates

We provide the training, tools, and leadership needed to help you succeed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Training Guarantee New hires will receive a
$3,000 monthly training guarantee during the training period
while learning our sales process, product knowledge, and customer experience standards.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Identify customer needs and recommend the best vehicle solutions
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
Build strong relationships with customers to earn referrals and repeat business
Follow up with internet leads, phone calls, and showroom guests
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options
Work closely with management and the finance department to finalize sales
Deliver a
first-class customer experience
to every guest
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Basic computer skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Automotive sales experience is preferred but
not required — we will train the right candidate
