Marketing Coordinator Intern
Reports to:
Marketing Communications Specialist
About The Role The Marketing Coordinator Intern supports day to day marketing initiatives and gains hands on experience across campaigns, content, and analytics. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in building practical marketing skills while contributing to real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Coordinate content updates for websites, email, and social media platforms
Support email marketing initiatives, including drafting copy and managing schedules
Help organize and maintain marketing assets, calendars, and project documentation
Conduct market and competitor research and summarize findings
Track campaign performance and assist with basic reporting and analytics
Support event marketing, promotions, or partnerships as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and operations
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Comfortable learning new tools and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with social media platforms and content management systems
Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
Basic understanding of marketing analytics (Google Analytics or similar)
Creative mindset with interest in branding and storytelling

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $21.19 and $23.37 per hour. However, actual base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and will be based on non-discriminatory factors, including as to individual skills, education, experience and market location.
