Senior Digital Marketing Manager - Automation

C.H. Robinson’s Global Marketing Team is looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Manager. You will be responsible for the implementation, quality assurance and analysis of our multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will partner closely with talented and diverse marketing, communications, product, analytics, technology and commercial sales teams to scope, build and update messaging initiatives, ensuring strategies are aligned, scalable and effectively support business and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

Hands‑on strategy, development and execution of data‑driven campaigns including assets, segmentation, list management, qualification criteria, email, SMS, push notifications, in‑app messaging, form creation, testing, tracking.

Ensure that digital campaigns support business strategy, are structured according to best practice and integrate with websites and other appropriate solutions.

Leverage tech stack to build meaningful audience segments, design and test email communications and journeys incorporating behavioral messaging based on customer preference, buying behavior and past message performance and company objectives. Apply performance insights to continuously optimize engagement and results.

Develop and execute operational tasks within the Microsoft Dynamics, Customer Insights - Journeys platform.

Monitor, track and report on campaign results and optimize for performance (CTR, open rates, engagement, A/B testing) to maximize ROI and conversion, present insights and recommendations for enhancements.

Stay current with marketing technology best practices, industry standards and compliance.

Leverage AI‑driven tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency, scale output, and develop more impactful, data‑informed automation strategies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience and a high school diploma/GED.

Minimum of 4 years’ blended experience in marketing automation and marketing technology

Experience of 1 year with Microsoft Dynamics, Customer Insights - Journeys platform

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Power Automate

Experience with Microsoft Power BI

Familiarity with administrating a marketing automation platform

Experience with Postman

Understanding of REST API syntax

Able to create and execute SQL queries

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a global, diverse and inclusive team environment

Solutions oriented with strong problem‑solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Range $66,300.00 - $139,700.00

The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base pay only and do not include additional variable compensation.
