
Personal Lines Producer

A small independent agency is looking for a motivated and highly proactive
Personal Lines Producer.
Working alongside our personal lines team, this agent is responsible for driving new business revenue growth of personal lines clients.
Primary Responsibilities
Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis
Create positive synergy and pursue cross-selling opportunities with other practices to meet revenue growth targets
Generate sufficient new business leads and first appointment activity volume.
Identify and overcome sales obstacles on a prospect‑specific basis
Utilize AMS360 to support the sales process—including input of accurate and timely information relative to first appointments, follow‑ups, etc.
Develop and deploy sales/marketing strategies to optimize the company position in the marketplace
Work collaboratively with the account management team
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
3+ years' experience
Team oriented, self‑starting, personable, initiative‑taking, purposeful and organized individual who is driven to achieve individual sales goals
Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent organization and follow‑up skills
Excellent listening skills with a strong customer focus
Great teamwork skills with an ability to work with minimum supervision
Ability to work with senior level‑management and have a top‑level executive presence
P&C License
Book of business preferred
