Key Responsibilities

Manage and facilitate continuous improvement projects from conception through completion, ensuring measurable results.

Standardize best practices and processes to sustain improvements and prevent recurrence of issues.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years of continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM) and Six Sigma methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional project teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience integrating Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML) into CI initiatives.
Proficiency in advanced statistical software such as Minitab or JMP.
Demonstrated ability in financial modeling and developing robust business cases for CI projects.
