Demonstrated success in leading and implementing Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED) with quantifiable results. Strong project management and change management capabilities, including leading cross-functional improvement initiatives. Proficient in data analysis, statistical tools, and root cause analysis techniques to identify and resolve complex issues. Exceptional communication, coaching, and training skills to foster a continuous improvement culture.
