$92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives and projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.

Develop, implement, and sustain a culture of continuous improvement throughout manufacturing operations.

Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on CI principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques.

Analyze operational data and processes to identify waste, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for CI projects and their financial impact.

Facilitate cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and the implementation of effective solutions.

Drive the standardization of best practices and process improvements across all production lines.

Recommended Qualifications

5+ years of continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated expertise in applying Lean principles (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S) and Six Sigma methodologies.

Proven ability to lead and manage complex improvement projects and facilitate cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and interpretation.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Experience implementing Industry 4.0 initiatives or digital transformation projects in manufacturing.

Formal experience in training and mentoring Lean Six Sigma practitioners.
