$90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
Develop, implement, and maintain the continuous improvement strategy and roadmap for manufacturing operations.
Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles, tools, and techniques.
Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks, proposing data-driven solutions.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and financial impact of improvement initiatives.
Drive the standardization of best practices across production lines and departments.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and employee engagement throughout the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent Lean certification).
Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
Strong proficiency in Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen) and advanced problem-solving tools.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills to drive cultural transformation.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., PROSCI)
Familiarity with Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles and implementation
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
