Consilio's Direct Hire Division is seeking an IP Litigation Practice Specialist or an Am Law Firm Client!

Hybrid schedule:

minimum of 3 days per week in the office

Overtime

may be required based on workload and case demands.

The

IP Litigation Practice Specialist

will support attorneys and paralegals at an Am Law firm in all aspects of patent litigation and PTAB filings. This role is central to managing daily workflow, deadlines, filings, and documentation across federal courts and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Support IP litigation teams with daily workflow, including tracking procedures, deadlines, filings, and related documentation.

Assist with patent litigation and PTAB filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable rules.

Manage and coordinate litigation tasks across federal, state, and appellate courts.

Handle document productions, e‑discovery tasks, and related case management responsibilities.

Maintain strong communication with attorneys and team members to ensure timely completion of assignments.

Prioritize and manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Work independently while also contributing effectively within a team setting.

Be available for overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Required Qualifications

5–7 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment.

Experience with document productions and e‑discovery.

Strong working knowledge of Superior Court and Federal Court rules and procedures.

Extensive knowledge of litigation processes, including e‑filings, trial procedures, and federal/state court requirements.

Excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as required.

Education & Certifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or some college preferred.

secretarial certification or ABA‑approved paralegal certification preferred.
