Due to our growing impact and strong market position, we are looking for a
Group Performance Asset Manager
who will play a key role in further expanding our commercial activities and international footprint.
You are the point of contact and ambassador of Solora towards customers. You manage the O&M portfolio with a strong focus on performance, contract compliance and customer satisfaction. You monitor asset results, optimize where necessary and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Contract compliance & reporting
Responsible for compliance with SLAs, availability, PR and other KPIs within the O&M portfolio;
Monthly customer reporting;
Control and validation of performance figures and correct processing in the monitoring software;
Monthly follow-up of corrective & preventive maintenance, cleaning, greenkeeping and CCTV;
Verification of input values for new sites;
Supporting monitoring and planning teams and assisting the COM during customer meetings.
Performance improvement & additional business
Analysis of underperforming sites and development of concrete improvement plans;
Follow-up of corrective actions and evaluation of impact;
Preparing out-of-contract proposals (defects, serial issues) in collaboration with Build and O&M teams.
Operational support
Planning and processing of preventive maintenance, cleaning and greenkeeping;
Preparing proposals for services outside the contract scope;
Managing CCTV follow-up;
Identifying opportunities for preventive drone inspections.
What do you bring?
At least 5 years of experience in account management and/or asset management, preferably in the energy or renewable sector;
Strong communication skills, with a proven track record in customer management;
Affinity with solar energy, battery systems and EV charging infrastructure is a strong plus;
Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an asset;
Willingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands, Belgium and France;
Ability to plan and organize independently;
You are accurate, quality-driven and inspire trust.
