The Role As a BDR, you are the engine of our sales department. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, focusing on generating leads and building a robust pipeline for our Regional Territory Managers.
Prospecting:
Execute 50+ outbound calls daily to sports organizations.
Lead Management:
Qualify inbound/outbound leads via phone, email, and campaigns.
Scheduling:
Book product demonstrations (your primary success metric).
CRM:
Maintain and update the territory database.
Who You Are Experienced:
1–2 years in sales or business development (outbound experience is a plus).
Communicator:
Strong verbal/written skills and an engaged listener.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient with CRM tools and both Microsoft/Google suites.
Driven:
A self-motivated team player who thrives on competition and meeting KPIs.
Requirements Availability:
8am – 5pm, Monday–Friday, in our Omaha office.
Travel:
Up to 10% overnight and 0% day travel.
Legal:
Valid driver’s license; must pass background and MVR screens.
