
Junior Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst (Part-Time)

Looking to build your CRE acquisitions career while working directly with senior leadership on live deals? Collektion Capital is a Florida-based private equity real estate firm focused on small-bay flex and industrial acquisitions across the Southeast U.S. — and we’re looking for a sharp junior analyst to grow with us.
This part-time, remote role supports the VP of Acquisitions in evaluating, underwriting, and closing commercial real estate investment opportunities. You will have direct exposure to the full acquisitions process, from initial deal screening through transaction close. The ideal candidate must reside in Florida.
Responsibilities
Assist with underwriting commercial real estate acquisition opportunities
Build and update Excel-based financial models; run Argus analyses on acquisition targets
Review and analyze rent rolls, operating statements, and property financials
Conduct market research and comparable property analysis
Assist in preparing investment summaries and deal memoranda
Support acquisition due diligence and transaction processes
Maintain deal pipeline tracking and underwriting files
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate analysis, brokerage, or related fields
Proficiency in Argus Enterprise (required)
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, including DCF and waterfall structures
Ability to independently review property-level financial statements and rent rolls
Solid understanding of real estate investment metrics (IRR, cap rates, equity multiples, yield on cost)
Industrial or flex real estate experience is a strong plus
Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Must reside in Florida
This position is well-suited for junior analysts currently working in commercial real estate brokerage or capital markets teams, investment sales or junior acquisitions roles, or real estate investment, development, or advisory firms who are looking for flexible, high-quality deal exposure without a full-time commitment.
