Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent based in Ocean City, NJ. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent real estate properties. Daily responsibilities include property showings, conducting market analyses, negotiating contracts, and guiding clients throughout the transaction process. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License
Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property market knowledge
Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on‑site in Ocean City, NJ
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset
Prior experience in real estate is highly desirable
Proficiency in using real estate CRM software is a plus
