What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the administration of property management audits for compliance with regulations and company policies
Assist with contract transitions, including training, inventory management, and data validation
Conduct cycle counting and maintain accurate property management records
Provide guidance and training on property management regulations to employees
Dispose of government property in accordance with applicable regulations and standards
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree or ten (10) years of experience in property management, including auditing and inventory control
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and related standards
Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Passport and security clearance as required
Proficiency in MS Office applications at an intermediate level
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, supply chain management, or a related field
Ten or more years of experience in US government or contractor property control
Certification as a Professional Property Administrator from the National Property Management Association (NPMA)
