Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Agent located in San Jose, CA. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for engaging with clients to assess their insurance needs, providing customized insurance solutions, selling and renewing policies, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role includes conducting policy reviews, managing claims, collaborating with underwriters, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications

Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage

Knowledge of Finance and financial products relevant to insurance services

Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities

Active state insurance license (or willingness to obtain) is preferred

Proficiency in relevant software and tools is a plus

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed

Prior experience in the insurance or financial industry is advantageous
