The Role

to capture high-quality images of residential properties for realty shoots in
Dallas, TX . The goal of each shoot is to provide clear, visually compelling images that help inform real estate investors about promising investment opportunities.
This project is for one of the
leading full-service local property management companies in the United States , and the images will be used for property listings, investor presentations, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the property management team to understand shoot requirements.
Capture interior and exterior photos that accurately represent the property.
Utilize professional lighting, composition, and framing techniques to showcase each space.
Work efficiently on location while ensuring high-quality image capture.
Upload RAW images or final files according to project guidelines within the agreed timeline.
Ideal Profile The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and creative photography skills, along with experience capturing real estate or architectural spaces.
Experience in
real estate or architectural photography
preferred.
Own professional camera gear and wide-angle lenses suitable for property shoots.
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and interior space photography.
Ability to work independently and manage on-site shooting efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
