Role Description This is a contract, on‑site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Lehigh Acres, FL. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily activities on construction sites, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising on‑site construction crews, coordinating with subcontractors, managing materials and budget allocations, and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. The position requires effective communication with project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Construction Site Management and a strong understanding of Construction Safety practices
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines efficiently
Expertise in Budgeting and Project Management to ensure on‑time and within‑budget project completion
Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills for handling on‑site challenges
Proficiency in using construction project management software is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with the Florida construction industry and local regulations is highly desirable
