Mechanical Designer/Drafter

Job Description
Design and develop electromechanical layouts, packaging, fixtures, tooling, and mechanisms. Collaborate with technology development, product engineering, suppliers, manufacturing, and quality teams to define requirements and complete the full design lifecycle.
Create and maintain design documentation and participate in design reviews. Collect and analyze data, generate reports, and provide technical recommendations. Contribute as needed to design, analysis, prototype builds, software or process development, evaluation, and the creation of complete bottom-up product documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with and understanding of machining and sheet metal fabrication processes
CAD proficiency (NX, SolidWorks, Creo or AutoCAD)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding of GD&T and drafting best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter is a plus
