Job Title: SAP Functional Consultant - CRM & SD (Order-to-Cash)
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite 5 days)
Must Have Skills Skill 1 - 15+ years of hands-on SAP Functional experience. Skill 2 - Strong expertise in: SAP CRM SAP SD Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes Skill 3 - Configure and support solutions in SAP ECC landscapes
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in SAP CRM and SAP SD, specializing in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The role requires strong functional knowledge across SAP ECC, hands-on exposure to SAP Fiori, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders in Hi-tech or discrete manufacturing environment. S/4HANA exposure is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities • Lead functional design, configuration, and support for SAP CRM and SAP SD • Own and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including: o Opportunity to Order o Order Management o Pricing & Rebates o Contracts o Billing & Invoicing o Returns & Credit Management • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions • Configure and support solutions in SAP ECC landscapes • Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, reports, and integrations • Support and enable SAP Fiori applications, including functional validation and UAT coordination • Participate in testing phases (Unit, SIT, UAT) and ensure timely defect resolution • Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement recommendations • Develop functional documentation, business process flows, and end-user training materials
Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Engineering, or related field • 15+ years of hands-on SAP Functional experience • Strong expertise in: o SAP CRM o SAP SD o Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes • Proven experience working with SAP ECC • Functional experience with SAP Fiori apps • Strong business process knowledge, preferably in: o Semiconductor equipment manufacturing, or o Discrete manufacturing environments • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to: o Interact effectively with business users and IT teams o Explain complex SAP concepts to non-technical stakeholders o Lead workshops and requirement discussions
Nice-to-Have Skills • Exposure to or project experience with SAP S/4HANA • Experience supporting ECC to S/4HANA transformation initiatives • Understanding of CRM-SD-FI integration points • Prior experience in high-tech or manufacturing-driven organizations
Soft Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite/hybrid environment
