A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Client Portfolio Analyst to join its Client Portfolio Management / Relationship Management team. The role provides day‑to‑day support across a wide range of sophisticated client relationships and contributes directly to portfolio monitoring, client servicing, and communication efforts. This individual will collaborate with strategy teams, portfolio managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure client needs are met accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate client communications related to portfolio positioning, risk, performance, and market commentary. Prepare presentations, periodic reports, and marketing materials for client and prospect meetings, as well as internal use. Address day‑to‑day client inquiries and respond to internal/external ad‑hoc requests relating to portfolio guidelines, performance, and compliance. Monitor and rebalance portfolios to ensure alignment with client mandates, investment guidelines, and product strategy. Conduct performance attribution and contribute to asset‑allocation insights and relative‑value assessments. Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding, account transitions, and restructuring processes. Structure and execute individual and block trade programs for balanced portfolios when applicable. Maintain accurate client records, reporting deliverables, documentation, and CRM data. Support long‑term client‑relationship initiatives, meetings, and strategic projects. Communicate effectively with investment teams regarding cash flows, transactions, and portfolio activity. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance. 2‑5 years of relevant experience in investment management or financial services preferred. Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior‑level client interactions. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage competing deadlines. Strong Excel skills; familiarity with performance attribution tools, CRM systems, and investment analytics preferred. Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for capital markets. Series 7 preferred or willingness to obtain.
