
Tilt Wall Superintendent - Construction

Compensation:
$110,000 – $150,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) + benefits
About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Tilt Wall Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial and industrial projects throughout the Atlanta metro area and the Southeast. This role will focus on tilt-wall construction, including data centers, warehouse facilities, and large industrial buildings.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on field leader with deep experience managing tilt‑up concrete operations, scheduling, subcontractors, safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
Oversee tilt‑wall panel forming, reinforcing, pouring, lifting, bracing, and sequencing
Coordinate daily with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors
Manage site logistics for large‑scale industrial and data center projects
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
Develop and maintain project schedules (short‑interval planning and 3–6 week look‑aheads)
Conduct subcontractor meetings and ensure quality control standards are met
Monitor productivity, manage labor, and control costs
Proactively identify and resolve field issues
Qualifications
5+ years of experience, minimum as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction
5+ years of direct tilt‑wall / tilt‑up construction experience
Experience with data centers, distribution centers, warehouse facilities, or manufacturing plants
Strong knowledge of concrete forming systems, rigging, crane coordination, and panel erection
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Proficient with scheduling tools (Primavera, MS Project, or similar)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with mission‑critical projects such as data centers
OSHA 30 certification
Experience working on fast‑track schedules
Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management platforms
Vehicle allowance or company truck
