Role Overview The Senior Content Manager owns content end‑to‑end, from understanding customers to shaping compelling stories and getting content out into the world.
In this role, you'll get to
Own content end‑to‑end—shaping ideas, crafting narratives, shipping consistently, and iterating based on real‑world impact
Be a core voice of the brand, defining how Northspyre shows up in the market with clear POV and credible storytelling
Translate complex, high‑stakes real estate development workflows into compelling stories that resonate with practitioners
Work with a high degree of autonomy and trust, taking real ownership over what gets created and why
Get deeply immersed in the customer domain by spending regular time with Customer Success and real customers
Create across formats and channels—social, web, sales enablement, customer stories, and thought leadership
Use AI thoughtfully to move faster and smarter, without sacrificing editorial quality or voice
Build demand‑aware content that supports buyer journeys, handles objections, and drives growth
Continuously refine and repurpose content based on feedback from Sales, CS, and leadership
Grow in scope and influence over time, laying a strong content foundation for future marketing leadership
We are looking for people who
Are strong writers and natural storytellers, especially for complex, sophisticated audiences
Take pride in owning work end‑to‑end and thrive with high autonomy and minimal structure
Are deeply curious and motivated to explore a specific domain, not just skim the surface
Care about understanding real customers and how they describe their problems and priorities
Can turn complex ideas and workflows into clear, compelling narratives
Understand how content supports demand generation and business growth
Exercise sound judgment and maintain high editorial standards, even when moving fast
Are comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, designers, and partners
Embrace feedback and use it to continuously improve their work
Are excited to grow into a larger, more influential role over time
We are looking for people who have proven
3+ years of experience creating and owning content for complex, CRE‑specific audiences
A track record of end‑to‑end content ownership—from idea and narrative development through publishing and iteration
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills across multiple formats (editorial, web, social, sales enablement, customer stories)
The ability to translate complex products, workflows, or industries into clear, credible, and engaging content
Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Design
Strong judgment and editorial standards, with the ability to operate autonomously
