What you'll be doing in the role: As a
Sr. Paid Media Analyst
you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign analytics, including strategy, tracking, reporting, optimization, and analysis.
Lead analytics strategy and reporting across Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, CTV/OTT, Display, and traditional media
Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for client campaigns
Analyze performance data to uncover trends, optimization opportunities, and budget reallocation recommendations
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams
Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients
Partner cross-functionally with Media, Strategy, Creative, and Account teams
Improve reporting automation and stay current on platform and privacy changes
What you'll bring to the role:
5+ years of paid media + marketing analytics experience (agency or in-house)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field
Experience analyzing full-funnel advertising performance
Proven ability to translate campaign data into a narrative story with optimization recommendations
Experience building dashboards in BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
Experience presenting campaign reporting directly to clients
Strong understanding of key media KPIs
Ability to manage multiple clients independently in an agency environment
