At The Knot Worldwide, we champion celebration and empower our people to create meaningful moments. We are seeking a Venue Account Executive to hit monthly sales goals by engaging wedding professionals in our Venue and Catering categories across various regions.

The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong CRM skills, and the ability to manage a longer sales cycle and pipeline.

The expected salary is $50,000–$60,000, with additional health care, 401(k), paid leaves, and variable compensation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Make a high volume of sales calls daily.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue quotas and daily activity expectations.

Manage a complete sales pipeline from start to finish.

Identify decision makers and manage a diverse sales process.

Build and maintain strong phone rapport to uncover prospects needs and deliver compelling presentations.

Persistently follow up to negotiate contracts and close agreements.

Organize workday and proactively manage time.

Track notes on all interactions and keep opportunities up to date in Salesforce.

Close new business deals for the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 years of full sales cycle B2B sales experience.

Inside phone sales experience strongly preferred.

Strong analytical skills to identify trends, understand challenges, propose solutions, and evaluate results.

Confidence and enthusiasm when presenting to decision makers.

Excellent verbal and written communication, engagement, and persuasion skills.

Experience delivering client‑focused solutions.

Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, presentation, and organizational skills.

Proven success in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving and competitive team environment.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team.

Experience with Salesforce.com or another CRM system.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

WORK MODEL This role is fully remote and not tied to any specific office location. While there are no regular in‑office requirements, we encourage remote team members to gather intentionally for key company and team events.
