Sales Manager
JSK Recruiting, Inc., El Paso, TX, United States
Location:
Must reside 100 miles from Madison, WI or Milwaukee, WI
Compensation:
Base salary plus commission and bonus
Typical total earnings range from $100,000 to $250,000 , depending on sales ability and account growth
About the Role This is a dual-focused sales position—half of your time will be spent managing and expanding relationships with existing customers, and the other half will be focused on building your own book of business. You’ll work directly with restaurants, caterers, healthcare groups, and other foodservice clients in and around Madison, providing high-quality protein solutions backed by excellent service.
You’ll be the main point of contact for current accounts, helping them grow their business while keeping orders running smoothly. At the same time, you’ll be identifying new prospects, introducing them to the brand, and turning them into long-term customers. It’s a role that rewards consistency, relationship-building, and the ability to follow through.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage a set of existing customers across the foodservice and hospitality space
Upsell and expand product use within those accounts by understanding client needs and offering solutions
Identify and close new business in your assigned territory
Partner with chefs, buyers, and operators to help them select the right mix of products
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely deliveries
Track market trends, pricing shifts, and customer feedback
Participate in team meetings, share insights, and stay aligned with overall sales strategy
What We’re Looking For
At least four years of sales experience in protein, center‑of‑plate, or food distribution
Familiarity with the Madison foodservice landscape and restaurant community
Strong background in account management, with a proven ability to grow revenue from existing clients
A hunter mindset when it comes to prospecting and developing new business
Able to prioritize, stay organized, and follow through
Effective communicator who works well with both customers and internal teams
Degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience
Why This Role Stands Out
Base salary plus performance‑driven commission and bonus
Most reps average between $100,000 and $150,000 per year
High performers take home over $300,000 annually
Cell phone and mileage expenses covered
Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K
Flexible structure with the freedom to run your territory like your own business
Strong support from logistics, customer service, and leadership
Focused on quality relationships—not high‑pressure sales tactics
Where Do You See Yourself? Most reps here earn between $100,000 and $150,000, while top performers are clearing $250,000. If you know how to sell, build trust, and chase new business, this is your chance to carve out your own territory. We’re looking for someone ready to hustle, create strong relationships, and take ownership of a growing book. Send your resume and let’s talk.
