Utilize various prospecting techniques to attract Medicare Beneficiaries to Senior Benefit Services Present insurance solutions to prospects and clients to ensure seniors have the proper insurance coverage Shadow various insurance agents to learn selling techniques Learn how to run and manage your own business in all areas, including sales, marketing, and finances Help with client retention through annual reviews, engagement, and activities Minimum Requirements
Clear, professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Lively & engaged team player Obtain a Health and Life Insurance License by April 1, 2026 Able to work effectively independently or in a team setting while multitasking and prioritizing projects Pay and Work Availability
Internship program begins summer of 2026 Interns are to work 28-40 hours weekly, Monday-Friday for 10 weeks Hourly wage plus bonuses for appointments set and sales made
