What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead a team of MSSP, OEM, and Alliance Account Managers to support Global MSSP and Alliance teams

Oversee renewal management for MSSP, OEM, and Alliance partners, including complex licensing models

Drive renewal predictability and pipeline visibility by partnering with various leadership teams

Create controls for accurate renewal quoting and data integrity within MSSP, OEM, and Alliance frameworks

Develop and implement scalable processes for partner renewals and co-sell engagements

What is Required (Qualifications)

Relevant industry experience in High Tech / SaaS

6+ years of experience managing Renewals Specialists, Deal Support, or Customer Success teams

Strong understanding of MSSP, Channel, or Alliance go-to-market models

Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) business models

Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ, along with advanced MS Excel skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience managing SaaS subscription renewals within partner or indirect sales models

Deep understanding of complex pricing structures and multi-entity contracts

Exceptional communication skills across email, virtual meetings, and executive presentations

Highly organized, analytical, and process-driven mindset

Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
