Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Style Advisor at our King of Prussia, PA location. The Style Advisor will play a key role in delivering personalized and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include assisting clients with wardrobe curation, ensuring customer satisfaction, cultivating long-term client relationships, staying informed on current fashion trends, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with team members to maintain visual merchandising standards and participate in promotional events.
Qualifications
Proven customer service and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with diverse clientele
Strong understanding of fashion trends, luxury brands, and personal styling
Sales experience with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
Highly self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Flexibility to adapt to varying customer needs and a dynamic retail environment
Previous retail experience in luxury brands is preferred but not required
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Fashion or a related field is a plus
