What You’ll Be Responsible For
Leading, coaching, and motivating front desk and stylist teams
Driving membership sales, retention, and revenue growth
Managing lead outreach and local business development
Overseeing daily operations to ensure an elevated guest experience
Monitoring KPIs, metrics, and performance goals
Training team members on sales, service, and operational excellence
Handling guest concerns with professionalism and care
Maintaining organization, scheduling efficiency, and operational flow
What We’re Looking For
Leadership or management experience (retail, hospitality, or beauty preferred)
Results-oriented and metrics-driven mindset
Strong sales acumen with a passion for membership growth
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to coach, hold accountability, and build team morale
Highly organized, solution-focused, and proactive
Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a busy environment
Basic computer and reporting skills
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
