Marketing Location:
South Plainfield, NJ (On‑site) Responsibilities
Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social media channels using HubSpot and other marketing automation tools. Develop, edit marketing copy, and execute end‑to‑end update of marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, technical data sheets, to ensure accuracy and brand alignment. Coordinate and schedule email marketing campaigns, website updates, newsletters, and social media posts to maintain consistent digital presence. Assist with the management of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools, including campaign tracking and reporting. Help develop presentations, marketing collateral, technical content, and promotional materials for business development initiatives and partner‑driven marketing tasks. Responsible for the seamless execution of event planning, vendor management, and partner‑driven marketing tasks. Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify trends and organic growth opportunities within the genomics/life sciences market. Track marketing performance metrics and assist in preparing campaign performance reports. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required. 1–2+ years of professional marketing experience (internships may be considered). Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation / CRM platforms. Strong copywriting and content development skills, with an understanding of SEO best practices. Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) as a tool for marketing initiatives. Experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics/Search Console) is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Scientific or life sciences background is a plus. Compensation
Salary Range Starting at: $60,000 annually (commensurate with experience and qualifications). Bonus: Eligible for annual company bonus program based on performance.
