Responsibilities As part of the global sales & marketing organization for automotive, work effectively across departments to drive demand creation and revenue growth.
Working independently as part of GC Auto sales force to achieve team & individual business goal – grow revenue & gain market share.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned customers’ account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationship
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Working with cross‑region/cross‑function teams of NXP
Provide regular sales forecast & report
Requirements
Bachelor/Master degree in EE preferred
Knowledge of software and hardware embedded system
Knowledge of automotive electronics preferred
Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Good verbal and communication skills in Chinese/English
Familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Frequent domestic travel required
Be proactive, self‑motivated, be a good team member
