Real Estate Media Sales Specialist (Territory Builder)
Estimated Earnings: $50,000 – $75,000+ annually
Pinnacle Property Media is expanding and seeking a high-energy, outgoing professional who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and capturing professional real estate media.
This role combines business development and real estate media production. You will build relationships with real estate agents in your territory while capturing photography, video, drone media, and other services for their property listings.
This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy building relationships and generating their own opportunities rather than waiting for work to be assigned.
Photography skills can be taught. Relationship-building ability and work ethic are far more important.
Energy, reliability, and relationship-building ability are essential.
This Role Is Not for Passive Photographers Success in this position depends on your ability to build relationships with real estate agents and generate appointments within your territory.
This is not a job where photography assignments are simply given to you each day.

What You’ll Do: This is a hybrid sales and media production role.
Business Development:
Visit real estate offices to introduce yourself and build relationships with realtors
Build relationships with realtors and brokers
Book photography appointments with agents
Maintain ongoing relationships with your realtor clients
Represent Pinnacle Property Media professionally within your territory
Media Production:
Capture professional real estate photography
Shoot cinematic property videos
Capture aerial drone photos and video
Complete 3D tours and floor plans
Upload media for our editing team
Our professional editing team handles all post-production, allowing you to focus on clients and capturing media.
Compensation: This position rewards professionals who generate business and build long-term realtor relationships.
First Appointment With a Realtor You Introduce
You earn
50% of the total order value
30% for completing the media services
20% client acquisition commission
Future Appointments With Realtors You Introduced
You earn
30% of the total order value
Appointments Provided by Pinnacle Property Media

Minimum Hourly Guarantee:
While this role is primarily commission-based, Pinnacle Property Media guarantees a minimum earning rate of $20 per hour for time worked.
If your commission earnings fall below this amount for the hours worked, Pinnacle will ensure your pay meets the
$20 per hour minimum guarantee .
Professionals who actively build relationships and generate business typically earn
$50,000 – $75,000+ annually , with
no income caps .
Those who generate their own realtor clients often earn significantly more.

DSLR or mirrorless camera experience (or willingness to learn quickly)

Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
FAA Part 107 drone license preferred or willingness to obtain
Applicants currently operating a competing real estate photography or drone company will not be considered.
Schedule:
Flexible schedule with most appointments occurring during
daylight hours .
Typical availability is
3–5 days per week depending on demand.
