What You’ll Do
Drive
full accountability for the international P&L, including revenue growth, margin delivery, cost discipline, and working capital management.
Innovate
by translating global brand strategy into regionally relevant execution plans across wholesale, digital, and distributor-led markets.
Connect
and lead through influence within a matrixed environment, aligning with global functional teams in Product, Marketing, Finance, and Ops.
Grow
the brand’s footprint by leading distribution segmentation, priority country builds, and the development of scalable commercial models.
Maintain
and build high-level relationships with key global wholesale partners and distributors to ensure long‑term brand alignment.
Achieve
results by developing a high‑performing international leadership team and fostering a "Play to Win" culture of accountability.
Think
strategically to simplify complexity and align diverse stakeholders within fast‑paced and ambiguous global environments.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
BS or BA
in business, marketing, or a related field—or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
Minimum 15+ years
of experience in global commercial leadership, specifically managing multi‑region P&Ls.
Background knowledge
in footwear, apparel, or lifestyle brands is required to navigate industry‑specific trends and cycles.
Strong understanding
of international wholesale and distributor models; DTC and digital experience is highly preferred.
Highly
skilled at navigating complex, global matrix organizations by building trust and resolving regional/functional tensions.
Demonstrated ability
to act as a data‑driven decision‑maker, balancing high‑level strategy with disciplined, hands‑on operational execution.
Ability to
communicate and simplify complex business challenges to align diverse teams toward a common goal.
