Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Counselor at The Fountains at La Cholla in Tucson, AZ. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with potential residents and their families, guiding them through the decision-making process, and ensuring a smooth transition into our community. The role requires achieving occupancy goals, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, giving tours of the community, and actively participating in outreach programs. Additionally, the Sales Counselor will collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate records and implement marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills such as Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven success in Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong Organization Skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related field is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively and build rapport with diverse individuals
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant sales tools is beneficial
