APPLICATIONS ARE NOW BEING ACCEPTED FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR: INTERVENTION SPECIALIST (Behavior/Social Emotional Support) Position Summary Provides targeted support to students with social-emotional and behavioral needs. Focuses on helping students develop self-regulation, coping strategies, and positive behavior while improving access to instruction throughout the school. The position requires collaboration and consultation with general education teachers to equip staff with effective strategies and interventions for implementation in the classroom. The model is fluid, with students able to access supports as needed, based on individual needs.

Position Skill Set

Design and implement IEP goals for behavior, self-regulation, and social-emotional growth.

Provide individualized and small-group instruction explicitly teaching self-regulation and coping skills.

Collaborate with staff and families to implement proactive behavior strategies and promote inclusion.

Consult with and coach teachers to support data-driven behavior interventions to support positive student outcomes in the school environment.
