Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Designer and Space Planner located in Houston, TX. The responsibilities include designing space layouts using CAD and CET software, collaborating with architects and end users to meet project specifications, reconfiguring systems furniture, and managing project timelines. The role involves working from concept to completion to create tailored furniture solutions for diverse clients.
Qualifications
Proficiency in space planning, CAD and CET design, and layout development
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with architects and clients to understand and fulfill specifications
Experience in furniture systems design, including the ability to reconfigure existing systems
Has a working knowledge of contract furniture lines
Has knowledge and efficiency with MS Office and Powerpoint
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality professional results
Ability to adapt to client requirements and work efficiently
