A rapidly scaling security technology company is hiring an Account Executive to join their expanding team. 30%+ year-over-year growth and consistent strategic acquisitions. They’re expanding internationally, strengthening their channel presence in the U.S., and heavily investing in sales and marketing infrastructure. Three decades of expertise in biometric and authentication technology space.

The Role:
Full-cycle sales (20% inbound / 80% self-generated)
Target SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts (strong focus on moving upmarket)
$1M quota after 6-month ramp
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can build pipeline, run strong discovery, and manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Ideal Background:
2+ years of full-cycle closing experience
Experience selling technical solutions (IT, security, or related buyers)
Proven ability to generate your own pipeline
Strong sales process and execution skills
Hungry, competitive, and eager to break further into enterprise accounts
Able to be onsite 5 days/week initially (flexibility after ramp period)
Compensation:
$115K base / $230K OTE (uncapped)
Paid on full multi-year contract value if prepaid (significant upside opportunity)
