Role Description This is a full-time remote role as a Non-QM Wholesale Account Executive at Acra Lending. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with mortgage brokers and other partners. They will promote Acra's non-QM loan products, provide exceptional customer service to clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processes. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the loan pipeline, and ensuring that all transactions adhere to regulatory and company guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively address and resolve client concerns
Experience and knowledge in Wholesale Lending, with a clear understanding of the non-QM lending process
Familiarity with Underwriting guidelines and loan programs
Proven Sales and relationship-building skills within the mortgage industry
Knowledge of Wholesale operations, including working directly with brokers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines
Recent Experience as a Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive is required
An active book of Mortgage Brokers and Loan Officers is also required
