In This Role, You Will
Build and grow strong relationships with your customers.
Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for expansion.
Negotiate rates and build pricing strategies that drive profitability.
Provide proactive communication and real-time problem-solving on every shipment.
Master AFC’s TMS (Mcleod), Google tools, and customer portals to optimize efficiency.
Collaborate across teams to ensure flawless load execution and on-time delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Strong relationship-builder who loves sales and customer service.
Natural problem-solver with a bias for action and urgency.
Strategic thinker who understands market trends and pricing.
Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
Experience in transportation/logistics is preferred but not required — attitude is everything.
