WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN AN ACCOUNT MANAGER Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing & Client Support:

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and content platforms

Create and optimize paid social media campaigns

Manage SEO/SEM initiatives and track digital KPIs

Monitor digital advertising performance and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI

Lead client communications and relationship management

Drive strategic planning and quarterly business reviews

Develop content strategies aligned with digital marketing goals

Manage social media communities and engage with audiences

Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns

Lead content creation teams and ensure quality control

Oversee brand voice consistency across all channels

Analytics & Reporting:

Track and analyze metrics across all digital channels

Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization

Monitor competitor digital presence and market trends

Present quarterly performance reviews to clients

Develop and maintain reporting dashboards

Lead internal teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery

Support franchise partners with digital marketing initiatives

Contribute to new business development efforts

Mentor junior team members

Participate in strategic planning sessions

Required Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in digital marketing and client management

Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns

Experience with major social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)

Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and digital marketing tools

Experience with email marketing platforms and automation

Excellence in client communication and presentation skills

Team leadership experience

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with franchise businesses or multi-location brands

Knowledge of franchise marketing compliance and regulations

Familiarity with local digital marketing strategies

Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools

Understanding of franchise business models and marketing needs

Experience in managing six-figure marketing budgets

Hybrid position with up to 3 days in Chicago office (60606)

Full-time position: Monday-Friday, core hours 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Additional hours may be required based on client needs and campaign timelines

Must be responsive to client communications outside standard hours

Professional home office setup required for remote work

Quiet, distraction-free environment necessary for virtual client meetings

Reliable high-speed internet connection essential

Time tracking required for client billing purposes

Up to 20% client travel

Compensation:

Salary range: $85,000-115,000 annually, based on experience and digital marketing expertise

75% coverage of a high-quality national PPO insurance plan

401(k) matching: 100% of the first 1%, plus 50% of the next 5%

Unlimited PTO after 90 days of employment

Performance-based bonuses

Professional development allowance

Equipment:

Must provide your own computer with reliable internet for video/phone calls

$1,000 annual stipend for computer, internet, and phone use
