We are seeking a results-driven
Growth Marketing Campaign Manager
who can bring structure, creativity and discipline to our lead-generation programs. This person will be fluent in sales and marketing platforms (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Campaign Manager, HubSpot) and able to design, execute and measure integrated campaigns that move prospects through the funnel. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on marketing execution with strategic campaign thinking. They'll thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and bring proven experience in B2B lead generation, content marketing, LinkedIn advertising and attendee acquisition for company webinars and events.

What You Will Do:
Design, plan, and execute end‑to‑end marketing campaigns for Smithbucklin and 360 Live Media—from strategy and content development through launch, metrics and refinement.
Write and assemble campaign content (emails, landing pages, ad copy, social posts) and ensure alignment with audience targets and campaign goals.
Build and manage segmented email campaigns to engage prospects, nurture leads and support pipeline development.
Manage digital ad campaigns with a focus on LinkedIn (including sponsored content, retargeting and lead generation).
Identify and test additional marketing channels to expand reach and deliver high‑quality leads.
Oversee a structured referral program to encourage client, partner and employee lead‑sharing.
Track performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns.

7‑10 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign management (alumni office, agency or professional services experience preferred).
Proven track record in email marketing and lead‑nurture programs (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools).
Experience with event marketing and attendee acquisition campaigns.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Self‑starter with a bias toward action and a focus on results.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.

Smithbucklin is a hybrid work environment with in‑office days established as Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Employees will work a standard 40‑hour week, with the possibility of additional hours based on project deadlines.
Smithbucklin considers several factors when determining compensation, including a candidate's recent coursework, training, experience, and certifications, among other considerations. The expected pay for this role is $90,000 - $110,00
