WBS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Real Estate Specialist in our Green Bay, Wisconsin location. This position offers a flexible hybrid (remote/in office) work arrangement. Individuals will be required to come into the Green Bay office as needed.
This position is part of a job family (Real Estate Specialist, Sr Real Estate Specialist) where experience will be the determining factor.

Job Summary The Real Estate Specialist assists with the coordination and implementation of cross departmental tasks for completing comprehensive projects, which often include inter‑departments and outside agencies. This position manages real estate department documents with an emphasis on project management and customer impact.
Job Responsibilities
Utilize existing systems to synchronize data across the department and works within existing databases for storage of all real estate documents
Responsible for tracking and ensuring all contractual terms and conditions are met
Prepares and provides information to various work units necessary for metrics and compliance requirements
Assists Agents with project-related tasks
Organize initial and completed files and file design according to project management principles
Monitors external vendors and maintains vendor list for the department and works with Supply Chain Services to assure compliance with company policies
Administers payments and processes funds associated with the company’s contractual obligations
Shared role as a business unit records management expert in coordinating records into document management system
Consults, advises, and plans with customers as to potential benefits, features, and capabilities of new or revised services
Train customers to use new systems
Monitors and provides updates regarding the department’s websites
Coordinates with IT when needed
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma, HSED or GED
1+ years - Working with software applications including MS Office products and real estate management systems
1+ years - Performing record organization, including knowledge and interpretation of contract terms and other legal documentsValid Drivers License
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years - Assisting with real estate transactions or title research
Experience with SharePoint and SAP software

Pay Range Minimum : $24.88
Pay Range Maximum : $42.92
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
