This is a full-time, on-site role for a Signature Banker based in Colorado Springs, CO. The Signature Banker will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, providing personalized banking solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes conducting financial transactions, identifying customer needs, promoting banking products and services, and ensuring a positive client experience. The Signature Banker will also collaborate with team members to meet branch goals and maintain regulatory compliance in all procedures. Qualifications
Proven skills in customer service, relationship building, and client engagement Experience in financial transactions, banking product knowledge, and sales Ability to demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in finance, business, or related field is preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Experience in retail or commercial banking is a plus
