What You'll Do The 360 Athlete Product Specialist is accountable for product execution for Wilson’s 360 athlete roster. This role is responsible for managing the athlete product journey end to end, from prototype review and ordering through inventory management and to coordinating premium athlete delivery with the Tour team.
Operating at the intersection of Product, Sportswear, and Tour, this role ensures that the product needs of the 360 athlete is serviced with precision, consistency, and brand excellence, meeting critical deadlines and providing exemplary customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Manages product flow for all 360 athletes from proto review to final delivery
Place and manage bulk and custom apparel orders aligned to athlete needs and seasonal/kit timelines
Partner with Design and Development on fit, function, and individual athlete feedback
Receive, track, and manage 360 athlete inventories through the LA office (in conjunction with our partners in Asia)
Maintain accurate athlete‑level inventory and allocation tracking
Prepare and turn products efficiently to meet tournaments and shoot deadlines
Build and deliver premium, branded athlete kits
Coordinate with the footwear team to consolidate sending of footwear and apparel in one clean package (where applicable)
Coordinate outbound shipments to tour team members and where applicable athletes, tournaments, and activations
Work closely with the 360 Athlete Tour Concierge on athlete calendars and delivery timing
Make sure the 360 Athlete Tour Concierge has a steady supply of core items needed on the road (accessories, extra product for majors etc.)
Align with Athlete Marketing on product needs for shoots, launches, and campaigns
Capture and relay athlete product feedback to relevant teams
Ensure product usage aligns with Wilson brand and patch guidelines (following ATP, WTA, ITF and Major sizing requirements)
What We're Looking For This role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field plus 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Other Qualifications Include
Experience in apparel merchandising, athlete servicing, or product operations
Strong operational and organizational skills
Resourcefulness – self‑directed and scrappy
Entrepreneurship – ability to work effectively in a fluid environment and willingness to wear multiple hats, as necessary
Detail‑driven with a premium brand mindset
Comfortable working cross‑functionally and independently
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), as well as collaboration/communications platforms like MS Teams.
Based in Los Angeles with flexibility to travel around peak moments
What We'll Provide A reasonable estimate of the
pay range is $25.00 - $35.00 hourly
at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job‑related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
