Denials Management Account Assistant
The Denials Management Account Assistant is responsible for performing various administrative and clerical duties to support the Denials Management Department. The DM Account Assistant will receive completed appeals received from DM Analysts and Specialist, prepare appeal packets by printing required medical records and other materials as instructed, mail completed packets to correct addresses. In addition the assistant will complete timely phone and online follow up contact with payers to verify receipt of appeal and noting account with mailing and follow up information in accordance with department protocols. Other clerical functions as needed. 1. Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines 2. Previous office experience required 3. Effective written and verbal communication skills 4. Basic computer, Xerox, fax, scanning knowledge required 5. High School Graduate or GED Equivalent Required (effective 4/1/14 for all new hires) Full Time Days Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
