Responsibilities
Manage and maintain property, including customer service and property maintenance.
Develop customer relationships, identify self‑storage needs, and provide solutions.
Interact face‑to‑face with customers, deliver WOW! or 5‑Star service.
Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers.
Rent out self‑storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage leasing process.
Accept payments utilizing POS, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls for late payments.
Manage invoice review and approval, process invoices, manage reports and legal auctions.
Oversee store expense budget and maintain supplies and retail inventory.
Physical requirements: daily walks of property, cleaning units, opening/closing doors (up to 50 lbs.), mopping, sweeping, changing bulbs, cleaning out units.
Maintain facility safety and cleanliness, ensuring restrooms, landscaping, parking, fence, walls, doors meet company guidelines.
Qualifications
Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse market.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work Saturdays.
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for workday.
Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, balance on a ladder frequently.
Some locations may require Sunday hours.
