The Revenue Transaction Coordinator, Senior enthusiastically represents SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment by displaying a positive attitude, maintaining a high level of energy, and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job.

What You Get To Do The Senior Revenue Transaction Coordinator is responsible to perform all daily, weekly, and monthly revenue transaction duties, including, but not limited to: revenue transaction input, filing, over/short reconciliation report creation and review. This role is responsible for the receipt of funds from guests and team members and recording of monetary transactions. Additionally, this role will support the other revenue coordinators on the team and provide operational oversight in the absence of onsite vault leadership. This is primarily a back‑of‑house support role and you will spend much of your time in an office location. You will also:

Receives, compiles, analyzes and interprets monetary transactions; monitors, computes, classifies, records and verifies the accuracy of daily deposits

Collect daily paperwork and receivables from throughout the three Orlando theme parks each morning

Enter and reconcile daily sales from internal and external revenue systems

Track daily “cash handling” infractions by department and inform the leadership teams of any ongoing ambassador performance issues or training needs

Makes adjustments as necessary to accounting systems

Identify, resolve and report discrepancies

Independently close the parks financials and complete all daily tasks in the absence of onsite vault management

Be able to resolve ongoing issues and know who to contact and request support to maintain vault operations and ensure completion of daily activities

Manage communications with other department senior leadership in order to ensure vault processes are being maintained and followed effectively

Cover shifts as appropriate for other vault staff to allow for breaks and PTO

Communicate directly to finance senior leadership on any urgent vault issues

Effectively manage and track check payments and accurately process deposits to the bank

Be able to lead, mentor, and train other revenue transaction coordinators on daily operations

Perform park cashier and SOP audits as needed

Ensure excellent customer (internal & external) service by responding to customer requirements, expectations and needs

Assist with special projects in the finance department as needed such as merchandise and culinary inventory recounting and verification

Occasionally assist other locations and areas throughout the park as needed

Perform all cleaning duties, including the use of cleaning chemicals

Other duties as assigned

What It Takes To Succeed

Must be able to work weekends and holidays

At least 18 years of age

Have a high school diploma or GED, pursuit of college degree preferred

1-2 years related experience and/or training is preferred

Be able to learn and utilize multiple internal and external software applications to research and resolve daily revenue discrepancies

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel applications

Strong basic math skills using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills

Able to write effective business correspondence

Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment

Must be able to manage time wisely and set priorities effectively

Able to work shifts that start at 6:00 am or earlier based on business need

Able to regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds
