As a

Supply Chain Director , you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with quality standards. This position requires a leader with strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across a complex, multi-location environment.

What you’ll do

Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency throughout the supply chain.

Evaluate and select suppliers/vendors based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers/vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

Accountable for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the shipping and receiving organization.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance supply chain processes and drive continuous improvement.

Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals spanning from Buyers to Material Controllers. Provide guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, or a closely related discipline.

7+ years progressive leadership experience in a Supply Chain Manufacturing environment.

5+ years of experience in aviation and/or MRO.

Desired Skills

Thorough knowledge of inventory control systems.

Strong experience with Microsoft Suite.

Experience developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPI’s) and analyzing trends to improve results.

Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to influence and build consensus.

Certifications in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma).

Experience with international supply chains, global sourcing, and trade compliance.

Strong background in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.

We Are Looking For

The Director, Sales – EMEA is responsible for leading and accelerating FDH Electronics’ commercial growth across the EMEA region. This executive will drive revenue expansion, margin improvement, strategic account penetration, and commercial excellence while building a high‑performing, scalable sales organization.

The Director, Sales – EMEA will translate corporate growth objectives into actionable regional strategies, ensuring disciplined execution, pipeline rigor, and sustainable EBITDA contribution.

This role requires a strong commercial operator who can balance leadership, distribution channel optimization, and new market expansion.

What You’ll Do

As a Director, Sales, you’ll be responsible for:

Regional Revenue Leadership

Own full P&L responsibility for EMEA (including India) revenue performance.
Deliver annual revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA targets.
Develop and execute a 3‑year commercial growth strategy and beyond aligned with global objectives.
Drive organic growth through new customer acquisition, share‑of‑wallet expansion, and cross‑selling.

Strategic Sales Account & Market Expansion

Personally lead and cultivate executive‑level relationships with key OEMs, contract manufacturers, and strategic distribution partners.
Identify high‑growth verticals within aerospace, defense, industrial, and electronics markets.
Expand geographic footprint and channel partnerships across priority EMEA markets.
Build, lead, and coach a high‑performance regional sales team (direct sales, account managers, channel managers).
Establish rigorous pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline.
Implement KPI dashboards to drive accountability (revenue growth, win rate, GP$, backlog, customer retention).
Lead talent planning, succession, and performance management across the region.

Commercial Excellence & Operational Alignment

Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to ensure alignment between commercial commitments and operational execution.
Drive pricing discipline and margin optimization strategies.
Standardize sales processes and customer engagement frameworks across EMEA.

What You Bring

Completed university degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience
15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within aerospace, electronics distribution, or industrial manufacturing
Demonstrated success leading regional or multinational sales organizations in EMEA
Strong experience in private‑equity or high‑growth performance environments preferred.
Proven ability to scale revenue and improve margin performance.
Deep understanding of OEM, contract manufacturing, and distribution models.
Experience managing multi‑country teams and navigating cultural complexity.
Willingness and ability to travel 50%+
Must have professional proficiency in English. Additional languages preferred

The Senior Director, Supply Chain Operations, is responsible for strategic initiatives and operational execution of all GCT logistics, transportation, aftermarket sales, recycling, donation acquisition, Attended Donation Centers, sustainability initiatives, Distribution Centers, and the Outlet Stores, including all staff and equipment.

Compensation & Incentives

The Senior Director, Supply Chain Operations is eligible to participate in Goodwill's Management Incentive Plan (MIP) with a target bonus of 15% of eligible base salary.

Role and Responsibilities

Oversee all Transportation, Donation Acquisition, Attended Donation Centers, Outlet Stores, Recycling, Sustainability, and After Market Sales operations.
Deliver “consistently meets/exceed” service levels with a 95% or better on-time delivery performance.
Full P+L responsibility and oversight of all assigned departments.
Responsible for optimized route plans in support of store and donation operations.
Drive after-market sales expansion and donations growth within the GCT operating territory.
Resolve all donor and customer concern/escalations in a timely and effective manner.
Oversees planning/assignment and allocation of available resources to best support business operations.
Develop seasonal and event-driven plans to support peaks in store and donation operations.
Identify opportunities to utilize surplus equipment. Identify equipment for retirement, applicable disposable methods and value to support GCT fleet operations.
Uphold safe work practices in support of a safety culture through awareness and observation; train and educate employees of safety requirements; reports any potential hazards or accidents.
Establish a clear direction for business partners (IT) to ensure the Transportation team’s technology needs are being met along with setting direction for innovative technology solutions.
Ensures departments achieve operational goals within budget.
Directs, supervises, and coordinates staff activities to ensure divisional goals are met.
Builds strong business relationships with vendors, community professionals, outside agencies, other business contacts, and internal stakeholders.
Recruits, selects, develops, evaluates and counsels his/her employees. Takes necessary employment action in accordance with Goodwill policies.
Provides leadership, guidance and professional development for staff. Models the expected behaviors for staff.
Engages Talent Acquisition to develop recruiting initiatives to attract and retain talent with the skills to succeed in the distribution and warehousing environment.
Oversee annual budget preparations for logistics, recycling, Outlets, dock operations, transportation, and Distribution Centers. Maintains financial viability.
Ensures the operations comply with governmental or other regulatory laws and guidelines including but not limited to OSHA, HAZMAT, and DOT.
Ensures departmental equity and compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Demonstrates ethics and complies with Corporate Compliance Program.
Meets Mandatory Yearly Training Hours requirement for this position.
Consistently exhibits fidelity to GCT’s values and culture.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has supervisory responsibilities over the Distribution Center Mangers, Aftermarket Manager, Donation Acquisition and Attended Donation Center Managers, and the Director of Logistics and Donation Operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or associates degree in business, logistics, supply chain or a related field (10 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
At least five years in a multi-unit leadership role, building teams, managing/developing staff, and responsible for the leadership of at least 100 employees.
Five to ten years’ experience in consumer goods distribution and logistics.
Experience managing distribution/warehouse centers exceeding 100K sq. ft.
Excellent analytical, creative/flexible problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience with Lean Methodologies.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working with and employing marginalized populations.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Travel required locally and national.
Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk or hear.

As a Senior Director, Finance – FP&A, Reporting & Tools, you will lead the corporate FP&A and financial reporting organization. This role delivers forward‑looking insights, owns executive‑level financial reporting, and partners closely with senior leadership to drive profitable growth, governance, and compliance.

The Senior Director will oversee enterprise forecasting and budgeting, optimize FP&A systems and reporting tools, and ensure alignment between internal management reporting and external financial disclosures. This role works extensively with the C‑suite, divisional leadership, and investors’ stakeholders in a public‑company environment.

What You’ll Do:

Financial Reporting Leadership

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity under tight deadlines
Lead monthly results and forecast review meetings
Produce internal management reporting for divisions, CODM, and Carlyle Management reporting
Support quarterly Board materials, earnings releases, and public filings (10‑Q, 10‑K)
Design, optimize, and maintain the general ledger structure in partnership with Accounting
Support platform reporting and eliminate dormant or unused ledger strings
Prepare and deliver executive dashboards and performance summaries (Power BI operational metrics used in MBR reporting & quarterly share and AIP reporting)
Ensure consistency between internal management reports and external financial statements
Establish meaningful reporting standards
Structure ledger to support both internal and external reporting objectives
Disaggregate COGS for improved analysis and comparability
Support quarterly reviews and annual audits, including variance/flux analysis and goodwill and intangible asset testing
Support M&A activity, including purchase price allocation

Forecasting & Budgeting

Lead enterprise forecasting and budgeting processes across all divisions
Provide tools, guidance, and governance to the Controller community for accurate Oracle system inputs
Present forecast results during monthly and quarterly business reviews

Analytical Insight & Decision Support

Develop and manage KPI frameworks across financial and operational metrics
Provide data‑driven insights to support strategic initiatives, cost optimization, and capital allocation
Lead variance analysis versus plan, forecast, and prior year

Systems & Process Optimization

Own FP&A and reporting systems and tools (Oracle, Wands, Power BI, etc.)
Standardize forecasting methodologies, chart of accounts, and reporting processes
Drive automation, scalability, and data integrity
Partner with IT and Accounting to maintain a single source of truth

Business Partnership

Act as a trusted advisor to the C‑suite, divisional leadership, and functional heads
Support executive decision‑making with clear, timely, and actionable financial insights
Present findings and recommendations to senior finance and executive leadership

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing FP&A team
Foster a culture of accountability, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement
Partner with HR on talent development and succession planning

Governance & Compliance

Maintain strong internal controls across planning and reporting processes
Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness in partnership with Accounting and Internal Audit
Uphold the highest standards of integrity and financial governance

Position Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the US
Ability to work on site at corporate headquarters (Scottsdale, AZ)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
12+ years of progressive accounting, FP&A, and financial reporting experience in a public company environment
Experience interacting with Investor Relations and supporting the full reporting cycle from preliminary close through public release
Expert‑level knowledge of US GAAP, general ledger structures, and public company reporting rhythms
Deep understanding of SOX, internal controls, and audit readiness
Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and executive storytelling skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
Unquestioned integrity and ability to operate under pressure
