Outside Sales Representative

MacFarland Painting is a rapidly growing painting company based out of Livonia, Michigan that is looking for an estimator/salesperson to provide detailed estimates, outstanding customer follow-up, and top notch results. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, relational intelligence and the capacity to put together timely estimates. Job responsibilities: Create accurate, detailed, and customer friendly estimates Provide excellent support, service, and follow-up for clients Learn and stay up-to-date with painting technology and best practices Communicate with Project Managers so that jobs can be delivered with quality and timelines Support senior estimators with ongoing projects Requirements: 3 years experience in direct sales 2+ years painting/carpentry experience Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Willingness to learn estimating/project management software High relational IQ and outgoing personality Driver's license and clean driving record Familiarity with CRM systems Ethical work environment Company provided leads/sales appointments
