Carmel, IN, US 6 days ago Requisition ID: 1281 Position Overview: As a Floating Personal Banker, you will provide high-quality customer service, assist clients with a variety of personal and business banking products, and support multiple branches on an as-needed basis. You will be expected to work in different locations ensuring smooth operations and consistent service delivery. The Floating Personal Banker role provides a dynamic work environment where you can build relationships, support customers, and develop a wide range of banking skills across different locations. Primary Duties: Provide personalized service to customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with their day-to-day banking needs Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial goals and recommending appropriate solutions Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience for every customer Promote and sell banking products, including personal and business checking and savings accounts, loans, credit cards and line of business products and partners Assist customers with account opening, closing, maintenance and other banking transactions Provide support to various branches based on operational needs, ensuring smooth banking services in all assigned locations Flexibility in moving between branches depending on staffing needs, vacations or special circumstances Ensure that all transactions are conducted in compliance with bank policies, regulations and procedures Safeguard client information and ensure confidentiality Work closely with branch teams to support day-to day operations and maintain high customer service standards Requirements: Career minded individuals that want to join an organization where they can gain experience and build a career.
